Job Description

Shbiro Development & Construction Group is seeking a Quality Control & Assurance Engineer.

Leading and executing quality control processes within a large construction company

Maintaining and enforcing quality standards, documenting quality system activities, and conducting inspections to identify issues and assess the effectiveness of work methods

Establishing training processes, optimizing the use of consultants, and ensuring efficient work practices

Writing quality control plans for various projects and organizing and implementing project work plans

Ongoing communication and coordination with quality controllers and project managers

Work locations vary throughout the country, from Ashdod to Haifa
Excellent conditions for suitable candidates
The position is open to both men and women.

Requirements

- Certified Civil Engineer / Construction Engineer – mandatory
- At least 5 years of experience managing quality control in a major construction company specializing in engineering-based construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of standards and regulations in the field of quality
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements from various authorities
- Knowledge of quality standards and control methodologies
- Certification as a Quality Auditor – an advantage
- Technological proficiency and ability to operate quality control applications
- Experience working with the Priority ERP system – an advantage
- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
