Purchasing Coordinator

Job Description

Ongoing handling of purchasing processes: purchase orders, delivery notes, system reports, and monitoring

Tracking deliveries, assisting in resolving inventory issues, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring consistent supply

Handling purchasing invoices across all department categories: technical equipment, materials, ceramics, and sanitaryware

Monitoring and ensuring supplier payments according to contract terms; working with the accounting department and suppliers

Oversight of logistics personnel at project sites and providing professional support in areas overlapping with purchasing
Full-time position

Requirements

Immediate availability

Experience in the construction industry – an advantage

Experience in purchasing and/or logistics – an advantage

Knowledge of the Priority ERP system – mandatory

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a team

Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills
